I’d been sold a promise that never paid off: that if I just collected enough techniques, one day I’d finally know what to do in front of the hard case. That day never came.

That’s what pushed me to question everything — and eventually to turn the whole model upside down. I stopped putting the technique first. I put the concepts first, and the technique last. It broke every rule I’d been taught.

I had the rare fortune of training directly in the school of Alain Bernard, the man who brought structural osteopathy to Italy. From there, I tested everything on my own patients. I threw out, without mercy, whatever didn’t hold up, and kept only what produced consistent, repeatable results — patient after patient, for more than 22 years and over 10,000 patients treated.

What was left, I codified into precise, teachable protocols: the same ones that get results on the majority of disc, sciatica and radiculopathy cases from the very first session.

Today I practice and teach that method as an osteopath and lecturer at La Sapienza University in Rome. And for the first time, I’m bringing it to America.
