ABOUT ME
Dr. Alessio Collalti, Italian D.O. is a clinical osteopath and one of Italy’s most-recognized teachers in spine manual therapy for radicular syndromes — disc herniations, sciatica, lumbar and cervical radiculopathy.
Dr. Collalti has spent the last 22 years building, refining and teaching one clinical system for radicular spine pain. He was trained directly inside the school of Alain Bernard — the master universally recognized in Italy as the one who brought structural osteopathy to the country. He has treated 10,000+ patients in private practice, codified 9 Bernardian protocols tested across tens of thousands of clinical applications, and authored three structural osteopathy manuals — including an 800-page flagship on disc herniations and sciatica.
For the past 8 years he has been training Italian DCs, PTs and osteopaths in the Collalti Method through Osteopatia Applicata and Osteopathic Revolution, the two structured continuing-ed programs he founded and directs.
